As someone with a background in event planning, everyone assumed I’d be my own wedding planner, but just because I can, doesn’t mean I should have to on my wedding day! Hiring Angela was the best decision I made. From vendor communications to timelines, she handled every detail better than I could have myself. On the wedding day, she was the heart of it all, managing everything with grace, professionalism, and care so I could truly relax and enjoy every moment. To her core, she is an amazing person, and it shows in how deeply she cares about her couple's day. If you want total peace of mind and a flawless day, hire Angela. you won’t regret it!

We used Angie's coordination services for our wedding this summer, and she was absolutely AMAZING! Our meetings with her before the wedding always helped relieve my stress and because of her I really had no stress during wedding weekend. We did not have to worry about setting anything up, ensuring our schedule was followed, or tearing anything down at the end of the night because she handled it ALL. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Our daughter's wedding was just a few days ago and it couldn't have been more beautiful or gone smoother. Angie was our Day-of-Coordinator and I can't thank her and her team enough for all they did to make that happen. Angie was invested in my daughter's wedding from the very first meeting. She provided guidance and support and made suggestions and gave feedback when it was needed. Her organization was amazing and so appreciated when taking over all vendor communication, creating an itinerary for the day and keeping everyone in the loop. While Angie was checking in with us while getting ready to then traveling to church to make sure the flowers were delivered and the guys were ready, her team was at the venue setting up and making sure everything was going smoothly there. She was with us all day long, always asking how we were or if we needed anything. And then, she was the last to leave the venue after making sure everything was broken down and packed up. Angie and her team made it possible for us to enjoy the day carefree. I can't thank her enough for being a part of our family's special day.

ACE is one of those gems that you'll remember for years to come. Angie's professionalism is at a 10/10, all while maintaining a warm relationship which makes every interaction akin to hanging out with a friend. Angie is acutely listening to everything you say-- verbally and non-verbally-- to ensure every moment is exactly as you desire it to be. When you need an insurance policy against any possible curve ball to ensure your event is as wonderful as you wish it to be, you hire Angie and her team at ACE.

Angie was amazing right from the start, sorting out everything for our wedding day! She kept us in the loop and helped finalize all the details and worries in the month leading up to it. At the rehearsal, she took charge and pointed out things we hadn’t even thought about. On the big day, she was my go-to person, keeping me calm despite the chaos in my head, especially with my big family around. Overall, Angie is fantastic at what she does, ensuring your special day goes off without a hitch!

Angela did an amazing job! I don’t know how we could’ve done the day without her. She was very organized and kept us on track through out the day and made things move smoothly. She also has great communication skills. Highly recommend. :)

Angie is the glue that truly held our wedding together. From her engagement with us to the wedding day, we had no doubts that we were in the best hands. She is extremely organized and easy to work with. All of our vendors raves about her. She is a part of your team, a friend and truly cares about you. Her value is worth multiples of her cost. Her sister / assistant on the day of were a power team. We would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Angie was absolutely amazing!! The day of the wedding she exceeded my expectations with providing all the support, encouragement, and organization that I needed so I didn’t have to worry about anything! Leading up to the wedding, Angie was also incredible. From the help with planning, problem solving, and even running through rehearsal with our wedding party- I couldn’t have done it without her! Definitely recommend, she will help your day run so smoothly!

Angie is not only an amazing person but a fantastic event planner! I've known Angie as a family friend since I was young + was so incredibly excited to have her part of my wedding day! Having her leading the day gave me (an anxious bride) so much peace of mind-- I had all the confidence in her & was able to enjoy every moment instead of worrying about the details. Angie went above and beyond for us throughout the whole wedding planning process and especially on our big day-- we cannot thank her enough! She ran the show and handled all the vendor back-and -fourth communication with grace and professionalism. It was such a lift off my shoulders to have somebody I could really count on -- especially those stressful weeks leading up to the day. Everything came together even more beautiful than I had ever imagined all thanks to Angie + team. I would 10000% recommend her to any fellow bride :)

Hiring Angie and the ACE team for month-of coordination was easily the best money we spent on our wedding. They were consummate professionals and ensured our day ran smoothly, even with an early start time for a brunch wedding! I don't know what we would have done without them — from vendor communication to set-up, timekeeping to tear-down, and everything in-between, Angie and her team kept us on track and made sure our wedding was wonderful.

My fiancé and I were in the early stages of planning our dream wedding—a small, intimate backyard celebration—so we thought we could handle it without a planner. But as soon as we dove into it, we quickly became overwhelmed, unsure where to start. Angie came highly recommended by a mutual friend, and even though we were hesitant at first (thinking hiring a planner might take away from the low-key vibe we wanted), we couldn’t have been more wrong.
Angie was truly the reason our wedding came together the way it did. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make our vision not only possible but perfect. She was hands-on, meeting us at the venue months in advance to measure the space and figure out logistics we hadn’t even thought of. She found incredible vendors for us, giving us options and guidance within our budget.
Angie understood our vision, even when we didn’t always know how to describe it ourselves. We knew we wanted something unique, and she made that happen effortlessly. And, in the most stressful weeks leading up to the wedding, Angie was amazing—always there, calming us down, and guiding us through the final stages. Her team was equally amazing on the day of the wedding. With all the moving parts that come with a backyard wedding, Angie handled everything flawlessly, and when we showed up for the ceremony, it was like a dream come true. Every detail was perfect.
Beyond being an incredible planner, Angie became a true friend throughout this process. We laughed, we planned, and she made me feel at ease when things felt overwhelming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more wonderful person to work with. Angie deserves every bit of credit, and I will recommend her to anyone looking to plan their dream wedding. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
